Terms and conditions for beach rentals and more

•  All beach rental reservation totals are due at the time of booking. 
• Payment methods used to reserve rentals will remain on file until additional fees can be determined or waived. i.e. damages, lost & stolen items etc.   
• All customers can purchase a protection plan. A 15% fee of the entire order to waive any damage or lost/stolen item fees. This fee is non-refundable under any circumstances. *This does not cover reservation cancellation or cleaning fees.   

• All beach rentals cancelled 8+ days in advance of delivery will receive a full refund.
• Beach rentals cancelled within 7 days receive 50% refund.   
• Cancellations within 3 days receive no refund

•  Beach rentals scheduled 7+ days in advance of delivery date receive no delivery charge.   
• Beach rentals scheduled within 7 days will be charged a $50.00 express fee.  
• Any same day requests (new or additional rentals) will be charged a $80.00 fee.  
• Items will be dropped off either at the entrance of the home or underneath, out of the weather.   
• When items are scheduled for pick-up, they need to be placed in the same vicinity and manner they were dropped off.   
• All items must be cleaned before pick-up. If items are not cleaned, a $20.00 fee will be charged.    
• Delivery days can be guaranteed however delivery times will not be guaranteed. Beach rental items are subject to Currituck County Ordinance. See below:  

"No beach chairs, coolers, fishing lines, or other items should be placed in a location that blocks the traffic lanes. Items should be place between the waterline and the dune line.  You may involve moving vehicles and belongings with the tide change.  Visitors should not leave any unattended property on the beach.  Any property remaining on the beach between sunset and sunrise shall be considered litter and is subject to removal and disposal. "

• Umbrellas are never to be left open and unattended.   
• Beach tents may require additional anchoring under certain circumstances.   
• Sound judgement of weather conditions and forecasts are crucial with respect to tent and umbrella set-ups.
